Handbook poll

Some handbooks are fundamental publications for given domains of science. ETH library is very well equipped but if a book is needed for longer then a month, it is counterproductive for the other customers who also might need the same book in that same period of time (e.g. in demand peaks like finals exam period). Reducing the possibility of loan extension is also counterproductive, as it decreases the quality of service. Moreover, such fundamental handbooks are often expensive to buy,...
